From Normal Ranges of Blood Pressure to Its Higher Stage of High Blood Pressure

Especially if you are already at your late age, where usually, this is the age bracket that is susceptible for high range of blood pressure.

But if the range is around 140-159/90-99 millimeter mercury, it is already a Stage 1 hypertension. You are advised to maintain or adopt a healthy lifestyle. If the goal is not reached in about six months, talk to your doctor about taking one or more medications. Lastly, is the Stage 2 hypertension or around 160 or more(systolic) and 100 or more diastolic then you are advised to maintain or adopt a healthy lifestyle. Talk to your doctor about taking more than one medication.

You are at great risk of having hypertension if:you are smoking;have diabetes;you are overweight; your diet is high in saturated fats;have family history if cardiovascular disease;you exercise less than 30 minutes per day;you are over 40 or a post-menopausal woman;you consume more than two alcoholic drinks per day;and you have high cholesterol levels. It is strongly advice to abhor to the wrong habits that was accustomed to the way of routine you have. Either you can take it away from your system bit by bit, or you could have someone to help you control your impulses on the wrong habit that you have been doing most of the time.
